Tenant Settings

Configure registration rules, trial periods, email verification, and inactive tenant handling. These settings shape the tenant lifecycle.

The Tenant Settings tab controls how tenants sign up, how long their trials last, whether email verification is required, and what happens to inactive tenants. These settings directly affect your customer experience.

Accessing Tenant Settings

  1. Go to SaaS Management β†’ SuperAdmin Settings

  2. Click the Tenants Settings tab

Sales Tip: A 14-day trial is the sweet spot for most SaaS businesses. It's long enough for customers to see the value, but short enough to create urgency. Many successful SaaS companies use this model.

Enable/Disable Registrations

Controls whether new tenants can sign up through your landing page:

Option
When to Use

Enabled

Normal operation β€” anyone can register

Disabled

When you want to temporarily stop new signups (maintenance, beta phase, invite-only)

Require Email Verification

Controls whether new tenants must verify their email before accessing their CRM:

Option
Effect

Enabled (Recommended)

Tenants receive a verification email and must click the link before they can use their CRM

Disabled

Tenants can use their CRM immediately after registration (no email check)

Why enable email verification?

  • Prevents fake/spam signups

  • Ensures you have valid contact emails

  • Reduces server resource waste from bot signups

  • Professional SaaS platforms always verify emails
