📄 Google Docs – Features & Actions

✅ What You Can Do:

  • 🔄 Sync Google Docs Click the Sync button whenever new Docs are created or shared in your real Google Drive. This will refresh the list and import the latest documents.

  • 👁️ View & Edit in Real Time

    • Click the eye icon to open the document in an embedded iframe.

    • Real-time editing is supported if you have edit access.

    • Changes are saved directly to Google Docs without needing to leave the CRM.

  • ⚠️ Access-Aware Icons

    • If the file has public access, then the eye icon is shown with a purple outline otherwise, the icon is shown with a white outline.

    • Only files with viewer or editor access can be opened.

  • 🗑️ Delete from Google Drive

    • The trash icon permanently deletes the document from your Google account and removes it from the CRM.

    • Confirm before proceeding, as this is irreversible.
