✅ What You Can Do:

• 🔄 Sync Google Forms When new forms are added to your Google Drive, click Sync to update your CRM list.

• 👁️ View Form

  • Google Forms can be opened in an iframe using the eye icon.

  • You can preview the form layout, but for edits, you'll need to open it in Google Forms directly.

• ⚠️ Access-Aware Icons

  • If the file has public access, then the eye icon is shown with a purple outline otherwise, the icon is shown with a white outline.

  • Only forms with viewer or editor access can be opened.

• 🗑️ Delete Google Forms Use the trash icon to remove the form from both Google and the CRM.
