How to enable and activate Saas module for Concord CRM

Module can be downloaded through CodeCanyon's section. Please ensure that you are running an up to date Concord CRM copy and download both item's zip and your license key.

Prepare the Module for Upload Locate the zip file you just downloaded. This zip file is the actual module file that needs to be uploaded to Concord CRM.

  1. Upload the Module Log in to your Concord CRM account and navigate to the Modules section from the main menu. Look for an option to upload a new module. Select the zip file and complete the upload process. Concord CRM will process the file and add it to the list of available modules. A "refresh page" prompt will be shown in the top right corner, please press it.

  2. Activate the Module After the upload is complete, locate your new module in the list of available modules. You’ll see an option to activate it - click Enable.

  3. Run Potential Migrations An extra screen might appear there, in order for you to merge the potentially available migrations. Press the necessary button to apply migrations.

  4. Enter Your Envato License Key After activating, you’ll be redirected to the module’s settings page. Here, you will need to enter the Envato license key that you downloaded earlier from CodeCanyon. Enter the key, then click Activate to complete the activation process.
