🎞️ Google Slides – Features & Actions

✅ What You Can Do:

• 🔄 Sync Presentations If new presentations are created in your Google account, use the Sync button to pull them into the CRM.

• 👁️ View & Edit Slides

  • Slides can be opened in an iframe using the eye icon.

  • Real-time editing works if your account has edit rights on the file.

• ⚠️ Access-Aware Icons

  • If the file has public access, then the eye icon is shown with a purple outline otherwise, the icon is shown with a white outline.

  • Only files with viewer or editor access can be opened.

• 🗑️ Delete Presentations Delete the presentation from both systems using the delete button.
