📁 Google Drive Files – Features & Actions

✅ What You Can Do:

• 🔄 Sync Drive Files Fetch the latest files (PDFs, images, ZIPs, etc.) from your Google Drive using the Sync button.

• 👁️ Preview Supported Files

  • You can preview supported formats like PDFs, images, text files in an iframe.

  • Editing is not available for binary or unsupported formats.

• ⚠️ Access-Aware Icons

  • If the file has public access, then the eye icon is shown with a purple outline otherwise, the icon is shown with a white outline.

  • Only files with viewer or editor access can be opened.

• 🗑️ Permanently Delete Files Remove the file from both Google Drive and the CRM using the trash icon.
