How to install and activate the Assets Management Module for Perfex CRM

Follow these steps to install and activate the Assets Management Module in Perfex CRM.

1. 📥 Download the Module

1. Go to CodeCanyon Downloads

2. Download the Assets Management Module zip file

3. Save your Envato License Key — you'll need it for activation

2. 📤 Upload the Module

1. Log in to your Perfex CRM admin panel

2. Go to Setup → Modules

3. Click Upload Module or Add New Module

4. Select the downloaded zip file

5. Click Upload

6. If prompted, click Refresh to see the new module

3. ✅ Enable the Module

1. Find Assets Management in the modules list

2. Click Enable or Activate

3. If a migration screen appears, click Run Migrations to apply database updates

4. 🔑 Enter License Key

1. You'll be redirected to the module activation page

2. Enter your Envato License Key (from your CodeCanyon download)

3. Click Activate

4. Wait for verification — you should see a success message

5. 🎉 You're Done!

The Assets menu will appear in your sidebar. You can now:

• Go to Assets → Settings to configure groups, units, and locations

• Go to Assets → Assets to create your first asset

• Go to Assets → Dashboard for an overview

🚨 Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Module doesn't appear after upload	Refresh the page; check file permissions
Activation fails	Verify license key; ensure no typos
Migrations required	Always run migrations when prompted
"Module failed verification"	Contact support with your purchase code

📌 Important Notes

• One license per domain — Each Perfex installation needs its own license

• Keep Perfex updated — Module requires Perfex 2.3.* or higher

• Backup first — Always backup your database before major updates
