Predefined settings of Assets
The Predefined Assets Settings feature allows you to configure and customize the foundational elements of your asset management system.
This includes managing assets subcategories, units of measurement, and locations to ensure proper organization and tracking of all your business assets.
1. Accessing Assets Predefined Settings
Navigation
From Main Menu: Go to Settings → Assets Settings to access all asset configuration options
From Dashboard: Click on the Assets Settings tile or widget if available on your dashboard
Quick Access: Some asset settings may be accessible directly from asset creation forms
Settings Overview
The Assets Settings section provides centralized management for:
Subcategories: Detailed assets subdivisions
Units: Measurement units for assets quantities
Locations: Physical locations where assets are stored or used
