Here's a breakdown of each setting displayed in General settings tab:
Set Domain
Define the primary domain under which your SaaS CRM will operate. This domain will be used for subdomain generation. By default, this value will be filled with the CRM installation domain/subdomain. This will be useful if the CRM is installed in the subdomain.
Example: yourdomain.com
Number of Days Before Expiry to Create Invoice (Optional - Requires Invoicing Module)
Specify how many days before a tenantβs subscription expiry an invoice should be generated. Useful for automated billing and giving tenants time to make payments.
Example: Set to 7
to generate the invoice one week before the expiration date.
Number of Grace Days After Expiry (Optional - Requires Invoicing Module)
Set the number of days a tenant can still access its dashboard after their subscription expires. After this grace period, access will be restricted until payment is placed and Invoice is checked out.
Example: Set to 3
give tenants 3 additional days after the expiration.
Enter the full URL of a potential custom landing page, especially useful when hosting a separate CMS (e.g., WordPress) for marketing content.
Example: https://yourdomain.com/marketing-homepage
Landing Page Mode (Optional - For Custom Landing Pages only)
Choose how the landing page should be presented:
Proxy: Loads the landing page content directly at the root domain (e.g., https://yourdomain.com
) without redirecting.
Redirect: Visitors to the landing page URL will be redirected to the provided landing page URL.
Select Landing Page
If youβre using the built-in landing page builder, select which of the available pages should be displayed when the landing page mode is set to use internal pages.
This toggle determines whether the system should use the custom landing page URL or the internally selected landing page template.
Yes: Uses the URL specified in βSet Landing Page URLβ.
No: Uses the landing page selected from the internal builder.
Allow tenants to map and register their custom domains to their CRM instance. Useful for white-labeled experiences.
Allow tenants to use subdomains (e.g., tenant.yourdomain.com
) to access their CRM. Subdomains will be automatically generated based on the tenant identifier or the provided subdomain identifier.
Enable or disable public registration of new tenants. When enabled, new tenants can sign up and be auto provisioned directly from the frontend's landing page.
