Editing a Tenant

You can update the details of an existing tenant at any time from the tenant list.

Steps to Edit a Tenant

  1. Navigate to the Tenants Section From the SaaS dashboard, go to the Tenants section and locate the tenant you wish to update.

  2. Click Edit Click on the Edit icon or Edit option from the tenant's action menu.

  3. Update Information You can update the following fields:

    • Name

    • Customer (reassign to another contact if needed)

    • Subdomain / Domain

    • Activated, Disabled, and Core Modules

    • Database Scheme

    • Package

    โš ๏ธ If changing the DB Scheme, make sure the new scheme is correctly configured. Changing DB setup for an active tenant may result in data loss or access issues if not handled carefully.

  4. Save Changes After making updates, click Save to apply the changes. The system will sync and reconfigure the tenant based on new settings.
