To issue an invoice in Concord CRM using the module, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Quotas Section Navigate to the Saas section and then the Quotas section from the main dashboard or the sidebar menu. This is where you can manage and create quotas for your clients.

  2. Create a New Quota Click on the Create Quota button. This will open a form where you can enter the details required for the quota.

  3. Fill in Quota Details In the Quota form, provide the necessary details, including:

    • Name: Input the name that you want to give to the quota.

    • Description: Enter the description.

    • Entity: Select one or more entities which should be bound to the quota.

  4. Review and Finalize Once all details are entered, review the quota for accuracy. Ensure that all entries are correct, including name, description and entity.

  5. Save Click Save to save the quota. Now, you can attach this Quota to the package and set limit.
