πŸ”ŒConfiguring the module

To properly install and use the SaaS Module for Concord CRM, you must follow a series of configuration steps. These are grouped into four main sections. Some are mandatory, while others depend on your specific hosting environment.

πŸ’» 1) Webhost Configuration

This is a required step. You only need to follow one of the available setup guides, based on your hosting panel:

  • cPanel

  • Plesk

  • CloudPanel

  • Virtualmin

  • All other / No Panel (nude setups)

  • MySQL Root

If your web hosting environment isn’t listed (or if you're running on a bare OS without a panel), choose either "All other / No Panel" or "MySQL Root" depending on your access level. Every possible setup is supported, so you will find a matching method.

🌐 2) DNS & SSL Settings

Wildcard subdomain support and valid SSL are mandatory for tenant separation and secure access. Again, choose only one DNS/SSL method that matches your domain provider or setup:

  • cPanel DNS

  • Plesk DNS

  • CloudFlare

  • All other providers / Self-hosted

Your DNS must be correctly configured to support subdomains (wildcards), and SSL must be in place for HTTPS connections. Detailed instructions for each option are provided in their respective pages.

βš™οΈ 3) General Settings

This section includes important global options that affect how the SaaS module behaves. These settings must be reviewed and adjusted to fit your business model. Check the detailed breakdown of each setting in the General Settings section.

πŸ”— 4) Integration Settings

This is a required step. These settings control the actual connection between your CRM and the hosting infrastructure (cPanel API, Plesk, etc.). The module uses this information to automatically create, provision, and manage tenants. Make sure to fill this in accurately according to your hosting panel or server configuration.
