The Quick Replies section in the WhatsApp module for Perfex CRM allows users to create, edit, and manage preset responses for faster communication.
Name: Enter a title for the quick reply (e.g., "Account").
Message: Compose the response text (e.g., "Account Details").
Save Button: Add the quick reply to the list.
The quick reply list displays each entry with options to edit (pencil icon) or delete (trash icon). This feature helps streamline responses in chats or campaigns by providing instant, reusable messages.
