The WhatsApp Logs section in the Perfex CRM WhatsApp module provides a comprehensive record of all automated interactions, including campaigns and bot responses.
#: Sequential ID of each log entry.
Category: Indicates the type of activity, such as "Marketing Campaign" or "Template Bot."
Name: The name associated with the interaction, typically the recipient.
Template Name: Name of the template used, if applicable.
Response Code: Shows the delivery status (e.g., 200 for success).
Type: The relation type, like "Leads."
Recorded On: Timestamp for when the message was sent.
Actions: View or delete each log entry.
Use this log to monitor message delivery and troubleshoot any issues.
