# Campaigns

The **Send New Campaign** screen in the WhatsApp module for Perfex CRM enables users to create and launch message campaigns for leads or clients.

#### Key Sections:

1. **Campaign Setup**:
   * **Campaign Name**: Enter a unique name for easy tracking.
   * **Relation Type**: Choose the audience type (e.g., Leads).
   * **Template**: Select a predefined message template.
2. **Recipient Selection**:
   * Choose individual leads or select all.
3. **Scheduling**:
   * **Scheduled Send Time**: Set a specific time, or toggle to send immediately.
4. **Variables**:
   * Display merge fields for personalization (if available).
5. **Preview**:
   * See a sample of the message as it will appear to recipients.

After configuring, click **Send Campaign** to start sending messages.

The **Campaigns Overview** screen in the WhatsApp module for Perfex CRM provides a summary of all created campaigns. Here’s what each column represents:

* **#**: Sequential identifier for each campaign.
* **Campaign Name**: The unique name assigned to each campaign.
* **Template**: The specific message template used.
* **Relation Type**: Identifies the target audience, such as "Leads."
* **Total**: Total number of recipients for the campaign.
* **Delivered To**: Number of successfully delivered messages.
* **Read By**: Number of recipients who opened the message.
* **Actions**: Options to edit or delete the campaign.

Click **Send New Campaign** to initiate a new campaign.
