Employee Management & Profiles
Maintain detailed employee records, including personal information, department assignments, work status, and linked user accounts. Employees are automatically provisioned with portal access upon creation, complete with secure credentials delivered via email.
Employee Portal with Self-Service Access
Employees log in to a streamlined portal tailored to their role. They can view their own profile, submit leave requests, log time entries, check attendance records, and download payslips β all without requiring admin assistance. The portal intelligently hides administrative fields and actions, presenting only what's relevant to each employee.
Leave Management
A complete leave lifecycle system covering leave types, leave balances, and leave requests. Define custom leave types with configurable annual allowances, carry-forward rules, and approval requirements. Employees submit requests that flow through an approval workflow β managers can approve, reject, or employees can cancel their own pending requests. Leave balances automatically track used, pending, and available days.
Attendance Tracking
Record and monitor employee attendance with daily check-in and check-out times. Employees can log their own attendance, while administrators have full visibility across the organization with team-based and department-based filtering.
Timesheet Management with Approval Workflow
Employees create weekly timesheets and log time entries against projects. Timesheets follow a structured workflow β draft, submit, approve, or reject β with dedicated permissions at each stage. Role-Based Access Control
The module ships with a pre-configured Employee role that is automatically created and assigned appropriate permissions when the module is activated. Employees see only their own data, can only perform actions relevant to their role, and are completely shielded from administrative operations they shouldn't access.
Dashboard Cards & Analytics
Built-in dashboard cards provide at-a-glance insights into HR operations β recent timesheets, payroll expenses by month, payroll run statuses, and more. Cards integrate seamlessly with Concord CRM's existing dashboard system.

Module Activation & Licensing
The HRM module follows Concord CRM's standard module activation pattern. Activate via a license code through the settings page, and the full suite of HR features becomes immediately available β menus, resources, permissions, and the employee portal all activate seamlessly.

The HRM module is built natively on Concord CRM's resource architecture. Employees link directly to CRM user accounts.
