  1. Access the Deals Section From the main dashboard or sidebar, go to the Deals section. Here, youโ€™ll find a list of all active deals in your CRM.

  2. View Deal Pipeline The deal pipeline provides a visual representation of your sales process, with each stage reflecting a step towards closing a deal. Common stages include the default values along with an Invoice Paid value (if Invoicing module is active)

  3. Update Deal Stages As a deal progresses, you can either manually update the stage or have it automatically adjusted to Invoice Paid after marking a related invoice as paid. This helps keep an accurate view of your sales funnel.

  4. Monitor Deal Progress Each stage in the pipeline has a summary of deals within it, showing how many are in each stage and their potential value. This gives you a clear snapshot of where each opportunity stands and helps identify which deals need attention to move forward.

Tracking Invoice Status

  1. Go to the Invoices Section Navigate to the Invoices section, where youโ€™ll see a list of all issued invoices. Each invoice is marked with a status indicating its current state.

  2. Understand Invoice Statuses Invoices typically go through several statuses, such as:

    • Unpaid: Sent to the client but unpaid.

    • Partially Paid: Partially settled by the client.

    • Paid: Fully paid and closed.

  3. Update Invoice Status For payments received in an offline way, update the status by opening the invoice and recording the payment amount. Concord CRM will automatically update the status based on the recorded payments. Online payments using Stripe/PayPal will update the status of the Invoice in an automatic way.

  4. Track Payment Deadlines For issued and partially paid invoices, keep an eye on payment deadlines to follow up with clients promptly. You can check helpful statistics in Deals cards and Insights section aswell:

  5. Generate Reports Use the built-in reporting tools to review deal and invoice status summaries. These reports help assess overall sales performance and outstanding payments, providing insights to support decision-making.
