Automated Email Notifications

Once the module is activated, a set of email templates will be available for immediate use. These templates streamline communication around key events, such as invoices and deal updates. Here’s a breakdown of the available templates:

Deal Owner Notifications

  • New Deal Stage Notification for Owner This template is used to notify the deal owner whenever there’s a significant update in a deal stage. The notification helps the owner stay on top of deal progress without manually checking, providing timely updates as deals move through the pipeline.

Customer Notifications

  1. New Invoice (sent to customer) This template is automatically sent to customers when a new invoice is generated. It includes details about the invoice, such as the amount, due date, and payment instructions, making it easy for customers to view and take action on outstanding payments.

  2. Invoice Paid For Customer Once an invoice is marked as fully paid, this template sends a confirmation email to the customer. It serves as a receipt, reassuring the customer that their payment was received and their account is up to date.

  3. Invoice Paid For Sales Agent This notification is sent to the relevant sales agent when a customer completes payment on an invoice. By keeping the sales team informed of successful payments, this template supports better coordination and ensures agents can follow up with customers as needed.

You can alter the content of those email templates using the WYSIWYG Email template editor:
