# Manual Sync

The **Manual Synchronization** page allows you to trigger data transfers from WHMCS to Perfex CRM on demand. This is particularly useful for:

* Initial setup of the module
* Migrating historical data
* Troubleshooting or re-syncing specific records

#### **Synchronization Options**

You can choose what data to sync:

1. **All historical data**\
   Imports **every client, contact, and invoice** from WHMCS, regardless of creation date. Ideal for first-time setup but may take longer for large WHMCS databases.
2. **Only data after a specific date**\
   Imports records created after the date you specify. This allows you to **resume syncs from a particular point** without duplicating old data. For example, setting `2024-09-01` will skip all records created before that date.
3. **Only new/unimported records**\
   Syncs only records that have **never been imported into Perfex CRM**. This is the fastest option for routine manual updates.

#### **Action Buttons**

The following buttons control the synchronization process:

* **Save Only**\
  Saves your selected sync options without initiating the sync. Useful if you want to configure the module before running the import.
* **Sync Customers Now**\
  Immediately imports clients from WHMCS based on your chosen sync option.
* **Sync Contacts Now**\
  Imports WHMCS contacts associated with clients. This ensures Perfex CRM has all the communication details tied to the clients.
* **Sync Invoices Now**\
  Imports invoices from WHMCS, including line items, amounts, and payment status. Perfect for keeping your Perfex accounting records up to date.

> **Note:** Manual sync is always **initiated by the user** and does not require cron jobs. Use it to quickly test settings or resolve sync issues.
