# Introduction

Advanced reporting and project management for Perfex CRM: Gantt charts, Kanban boards, sprints, AI suggestions, timesheet approvals, and more.

### 1. Install and Activate

1. Go to **Setup → Modules**
2. Upload and install the module
3. Click **Activate**

### 2. Understand the Menu

After activation, **Project Roadmap** appears in the sidebar. Click it to expand the submenu.

### 3. Use the Main Views

1. Open any project from **Projects**
2. You’ll see the Project Roadmap dashboard (List view)
3. Use the toolbar to switch to **Gantt**, **Kanban**, or **Calendar**
